Step 1: Book a Call

Once you get in touch, I’ll send a link to book a short intro call. Along with that, you’ll receive a brief form to fill out, that helps me get to know you - understand your business, goals, and the vibe you want to bring into your photos.

It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and share what’s important to you - so I can prepare thoughtfully, without guessing.

Step 2: Let's talk

This is our chance to talk about your goals and what you want to say through your photos. We’ll dive into your vision, what your brand stands for, and how you want to be seen.

You can ask me anything here - I’ll walk you through how the shoot works, what’s included, and what happens next, step by step, so you feel at ease.

Step 3: Mood board

After our conversation, I’ll put together a mood board - gathering images, colors, and ideas that reflect the direction we’re heading.

This part is collaborative. You’ll get to review, share your thoughts, and make sure everything feels right for you and your brand.

Step 4: Confirm the shoot

Once the mood board is approved, we’ll lock in your shoot date. You’ll receive:

• A calendar invite with time, location, and preparation tips

• A prep checklist so you know what to bring and how to get ready

• Your final mood board, invoice, and terms

Everything you need will be in one place - so you can feel prepared without needing to chase down details.

I get it - being in front of a camera can feel awkward. Most people I work with haven’t had a professional photo taken in years. That’s why this isn’t just a shoot.

Step 5: Shoot day

We’ll meet at the chosen location and move through the shoot calmly and intentionally. I’ll guide you throughout - offering simple direction while keeping space for natural moments.

Step 6: Image selection

After the shoot, I’ll send you a gallery of the best images. You can select your favorites based on where you’ll be using them - website, social media, press, or campaigns.

I’ll offer guidance here too, so you’re never unsure about what to choose.

Step 7: Final delivery

Once your selections are in, I’ll edit them with care and deliver your final images - professionally retouched, watermark-free, and ready to use.

You’ll receive them in high-resolution and web-optimized formats, along with a usage license.

Step 8: Feedback & follow-up

After you’ve had time to review everything, I’ll check in to make sure you’re happy with the results. If any small adjustments are needed, we’ll handle those. You’ll also have a chance to share feedback about your experience.
